Life

So, it's been a while since I've posted a blog... Dion is home from his mission now! :) I'm super excited about that! Now I can talk to him everyday! Which is nice. We're going to start skyping soon! He just need to get a microphone! I can't wait for that! Skype is seriously one of the best inventions ever! I love it! I leave in exactly 7 week to go to Australia! I'm sooooo excited! It can't come soon enough! School is still the same for me... Lots of work... But it's slowly dying down. After March I won't be so busy with homework. Which will be soooo nice! I can't wait to be done with school! That's pretty much it with me for now!

Genetic Treasures...

Ry and Lills were here this weekend! It's always super fun when they're here. I'm going to share a few highlights of the weekend with them...
Being in preschool and all I sing children songs ALL DAY LONG! Which I don't mind cause I've always loved children songs. I've decided to teach Ry and Lilly some of the songs I'm learning in preschool. So, a month or so ago I started singing the song "Slippery Fish" with them. Ry seemed to sorta know the song... So, I'm guessing he learned it in preschool. But he LOVES the songs and watching him sing it is super cute. Here's a video of him singing "Slippery Fish"...

So, I was telling Ry about how I was going to Australia. Don't remember how it came up, but we just started talking about it. He was really getting into it. He wanted to see pictures of it. So, I got on the internet and started showing him Australia. He really wants to see gators and snakes in Australia. We then started watching videos about Australia on youtube, he LOVED it! The whole night he was going around about how he was going to visit "Tralia". Lilly then decided that she too wanted to go to "Tralia". Ry and Lilly then started yelling at each other and fighting. For a while we couldn't figure out why they were fighting. After a while I figured out they were fighting about if you had to ride an airplane or not to "Tralia". Ry and Lilly recently went to San Diego and had to ride an airplane Lilly didn't like it at all. Ry was telling Lilly that they would ride an airplane and Lilly was yelling at Ry that they weren't going to ride an airplane. We had to tell Lilly that she would have to ride an airplane to go to Australia. She still didn't agree with us. Then I asked her how she would get there. I asked her if she was going to swim there. Eventually she agreed to ride an airplane. Here the video of their fight...

Sunday in Sharing Time we were talking about how Jesus died and was resurrected. Ry didn't know Jesus died... I guess we didn't ever share that information with him. He became super sad. The whole rest of church he kept saying, "Jesus died?" I tried to explain he came alive again... But he wasn't getting it. Poor little boy. When they took Ry back home the first thing he said to her was, "Jesus died..." and staring crying about it. Good luck to Kim to explain things to him. Ha!

That was the highlight of my weekend with the cute little genetic treasures! Ha! Just so all you know I call children genetic treasures! :)

...Just My Luck...

So, on Friday's I normally have preschool from 8:30 to 12:30... Then my marriage class 1 to 1:50! Normally Jaime drops me off at preschool and comes picks me up and we go to UVU together cause she work then same time I have class. But today was different! I didn't have to go to my marriage class! I was so super excited to here this. I soooo love going home early! And I HAD plans to get lots done! And of course my bad luck had to come in... You would think having Irish genes and everything I would have good luck... But nope... I surely don't. Anyway, since I didn't have my marriage class I got to drive the car to preschool. I was then going to come back home and Jaime would take the car and go to Springville to do some work there. So, I leave to preschool everything was going great! I go to preschool and have a SUPER fun time! I really LOVE my preschoolers! Preschool gets over. I do my job on the job chart. I set up centers for the afternoon preschool, I get my stuff all together and head out to the car to go home! I get to the car click the clicker thing to unlock the car... NOTHING!!!! I was like "oh my heck! You have got to be kidding me!" I just kept trying and trying to click it and kept wishing it will somehow work. Yeah... It didn't. Then I was like "Oh hey! There's a key on here. I can unlock the car with that." Yeah... No. It's a key only for the ignition. At this point in time I was pretty embarrassed just standing by my car not getting in and having all these parents dropping their little Kindergartners off at school staring at me. One of the other preschool teachers who works with me came out to her car... She tried to help me... But it just wouldn't work. So, I called Jaime and was like "Uh... The clicky thing is not working... And the key doesn't work." Jaime was like, "just keep trying to click it." Then I said, "I've been clicking it for 10 minutes it's not going to work." Jaime says, "Uh... Call mom." (Cori told her to say that.) I was like "Calling mom is NOT going to do anything... She's at work... I have her car. How is she going to do anything about it?" I was SUPER frustrated at this time. I seriously was almost crying. Life just hasn't been going my way lately and this situation really wasn't helping. Especially having my sister just laugh at me and not try and help me (karma's a b***h isn't it Jaime?). Anyway, Cori had to go pick my mom up from work anyway... Since on Friday's my mom gets off at 1:15ish... So, she picked her up with the key that actually unlocks the car. So, they arrived at like 1:30ish... So, I was standing out in the parking lot for an hour looking like a complete idiot. The key unlocked the car but because of the alarm system the car won't start unless the clicky thing unlocks it... LAME! So, we went and got new batteries for it... Went back to Orem Elementary to the car... And it STILL wouldn't unlock... So, basically the car is still there. And it need to be towed. And we're getting the alarm system taken out so the key will work to start the car.... So, after all that I finally got to go to the mall and have some lunch... Came home... Did 10 songs on Just Dance on the wii... Ran on the trend mill... Did some sit ups and other stuff. Ha. And now I'm going to get ready for partying tonight... Do a little cleaning and some homework. But that's been my busy day today! Gotta love my bad luck! Ha!

People

So, through out my life... Mainly the last few years I've come to realize how much people bother me. Seriously though... 99.9% of people I meet bother me. The people I like should feel lucky I like them. I try not to let the stupid little things people do bother me... But yeah... It never works. Some people bother me more than others... Like certain people at work who boss people around when they shouldn't. I won't say any names though... But I bet if anyone I work with reads this they'd know who... Ha. Gosh I hate people... Well, adults... I love children! Why can't I just associate with children all the time and not adults? That would be nice! Well, I'm done going on about how much I don't like people...

Home

So, lately I've been thinking about my home, my home town, my home state, and my home country... I've been thinking about everything I've been blest with here. Really thinking about it has made me realize how much I've taken this place for granted... It seems like everyone complains about this country, state, county, city... But really if you think about it this place is AMAZING! I'm going to tell you why I love this place...

I'm grateful for America and living in a free land! I'm grateful for all the many Presidents of this country and all they've done for this country! I'm especially grateful for all those soldiers who have fought and gave their lives to project this country and all the people in it! I have much respect for those who have fought for us. They truly are amazing people and I look up to them greatly! I LOVE AMERICA! :) "In God is our trust!"

I'm grateful for the state of Utah! I love the environment of Utah! I love having a church on every corner! I love how most people are LDS and very friendly! I've really been blest being born and raised in this beautiful state! I love being surrounded by the amazingly beautiful mountains here! "Utah, This is the Place!"

I'm grateful for the city of Provo! Living here in "The Happy Valley" really is a blessing! I love living in a place that isn't super small or super big! Provo is the PERFECT size of a place to live! I love growing up super naive! :) I don't like being around alcohol, drugs, etc... And I'm so glad living in Provo has kept that away for me as much as it has! I love Provo! :)

I'm sooooo grateful to have grown up in the neighborhood that I have! This neighborhood really is the best! The people are so friendly and really make me feel wanted and loved. Many have come and gone from the neighborhood and all have really impacted my life for good! I'm so grateful for the church leaders I've had who have helped me become who I am today! I love you all! :)

I'm EXTREMELY grateful for my family! I really don't know what I'd do without them! They've always been there for me even when I've been a complete brat! My mom is amazing! I really don't know how she puts up with all us kids. I look up to her a lot. She is always helping me anyway she can. She does A LOT for me! Really... She does. I'm going to be so lost whenever I move out. I LOVE YOU MOM! I'm grateful for Jaime and everything she does for me! I'm grateful of her waking up super early to take me to work! :) Jaime also has bought me lots of things when I've been super poor and I really appreciate it! Even though lately we don't get a long so much I really do love her and care about her a lot! Cori... Where to start with her... Cori is AMAZING! I look up to her soooo much! She is the most kind and caring person I know! She has the biggest heart EVER! She is always thinking about others and not herself. She has given our family sooo much! Everyone likes Cori best! :) She is super funny! There is never a dull moment with Cori! I love her soooo much! Ammon and I have never really gotten along so much. Ha. But I want him to know I do love him! :) I'm grateful that Ammon has always been protective of me when it comes to boys! He's like that with all us girls! When it really counts Ammon is always there for me and I appreciate him! Rykert is my little boy! Well, not technically... Anyway, I love Rykert Dean sooo much! Most people know how much little Ry means to me! He means a lot! I've been super close to him every since he was born! He brings joy to me! I love the way he talks! I love the way he pretends to eat me! I love his kisses! I love his hugs! I love when he sings... Especially "Slippery Fish"! I love Rykert Dean Malone! Lilly is full of personality! Oh goodness! I love that little girl sooo much! She is such a caring little girl, pretend to cry and you'll see what I mean. I love how she calls me a "Pretty Princess!" I love how she copies EVERYTHING I say! I love her kisses! I love her hugs! I love her super cheesy smile! I love Lilly Ann Malone!

My daddy! I love him greatly and miss him sooooo much! He was a great man! I really appreciate everything he did for me and my family! Looking back on the years I spent with him I realized how much I took him for granted. I didn't always treat him the way I should have. I'm thankfully for all the hours and days he spent with me playing dolls! He was my favorite person to play with growing up! He was super creative and always knew how to have fun! I love how he would do the dishes for me in exchange for a back rub! :) (I really really really hate doing dishes and he really really really loved getting back rubs! ) I love my dad and he'll forever be in heart!

My family is super amazing and I'm so glad to have them in my life! They mean so much to me! I love all greatly and thanks for everything you've done for me! :)

Smiley Highlighter Costco Person???

Just a little thought I had today...
I want to be one of those smiley highlighter people at Costco... I mean how cool would it be it hold a highlighter and draw smiley faces on people receipts ALL DAY!?!? I think it would be super cool! Cori thinks I should put my number on peoples receipts instead of smiley faces... But I don't think Dion would like that very much.... Anyway, one of these days I'm going to be a smiley highlighter Costco worker... And if this dream of mine doesn't come true... I'll just draw smiley faces on all my receipts... And all my family members receipts. I guess that's kinda as cool as doing it at Costco... Yeah... not really but it will do...
